Their team came to our home to help educate us on their wide variety of products, and discuss what would achieve both the function and aesthetic that we wanted. Once we selected a product with their guidance, they had an expert come to measure the space to ensure the best fit (especially for a trickier install). They have been very communicative outlining the process and what we can expect, and prompt in answering our questions.
